The 1980 FL250 had a few differences that set it appart from the 1977-1979 run of the Odyssey. These Differences include Engine Rebound limiters (greatly reducing engine vibration), Two reinforcing rings in the rear tires, 12volt - 45 watt electrical system, 12 volt headlight (and a 12 volt taillight assembly on canadian models) and a Heatsheild between the engine area and the back of the seat.
